The role bridges scientific research with market-driven innovation to deliver high-impact ingredients and formulations that meet commercial and regulatory requirements for both local and international markets. The Commercial Researcher plays a pivotal role in advancing the innovation pipeline, supporting technical sales, and ensuring the translational success of lab-scale research into scalable, high-performance products.
Responsible:
1. Design and conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale R&D projects related to cosmeceutical and nutraceutical ingredients, particularly focusing on encapsulation technologies (e.g., liposome, niosome, SLN, polymeric systems).
2. Develop formulations for supplements, cosmetics, and delivery systems with proven bioefficacy and stability.
3. Lead ingredient performance testing (in-vitro and/or in-vivo) and participate in clinical research collaborations when required.
4. Translate scientific findings into commercial-ready prototypes and data packages for internal stakeholders and B2B partners.
5. Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to ensure the scalability, regulatory compliance, and market readiness of developed ingredients.
6. Prepare technical dossiers, ingredient white papers, and scientific presentations to support ingredient launches.
7. Coordinate with external partners (e.g., universities, CROs, raw material suppliers) for co-development or joint research projects.
8. Present findings and recommendations clearly to both scientific and non-scientific stakeholders. 9. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across ASEAN, China, EU, and US markets.
10. Maintain clear lab records, experimental designs, and reports according to internal SOPs and best practices.
