Responsible: 

1. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies · Managing purchasing activities supporting of business requirements (Category=> Engineering Related, Spare parts, Consumable parts, Operational Supplies, Supply chain related, Selling of Asset and Scraps)

2. Managing supplier relationship, negotiating price and contracts supporting of business requirements

3. Preparing cost estimates and control budgets 

4. Tracking and reporting key criteria related to cost reduction, improve cost effectiveness 

5. Performing Price Forecasting, Market analysis and minimizing risks for business 

6. Seeking and developing strategic partner and identify and source new alternative suppliers for each category 

7. Participating in specifications development for substitute materials and equipment 

8. Managing risk related to quality, cost, delivery and supply of purchases

Qualification: 

1. Master or Bachelor Degree in business administration/engineering or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience as Indirect Material Purchasing in FMCG or F&B industries with 

3. Working knowledge of procurement, project management principles and practices, or laws and regulations relating to procurement and contracts

4. Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing process, market analysis

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

6. Fluent in English communication

7.  Strong critical thinking, coordinating and negotiation skills.

8. Strong planning and organizational skills until limited timeframe 

9. Ability to work independently. 

10. Can work under pressure - Financial acumen

11. Familiar with SAP, MS Office(Excel,Powerpoint,Pivot), English
